Terms of Service

By using Toolvico, you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and only for services you are authorized to access.

Account Use

You are responsible for your account credentials, wallet activity, API keys, and all orders placed from your account. Keep your login details and API keys private.

Wallet and Payments

Deposits are credited to your USD wallet after gateway verification. Wallet credits are used only for platform services unless a written refund policy says otherwise.

OTP and SMM Services

Availability, delivery speed, prices, and provider status can change at any time. Failed eligible OTP orders and qualifying partial SMM orders may be refunded to wallet balance.

Prohibited Use

You may not use Toolvico for fraud, spam, abuse, account takeover, illegal automation, harassment, or activity that violates third-party terms or applicable law.

API Access

API access may be rate limited, disabled, or revoked if it harms platform stability or violates these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
